The 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew Cab comes with a vast host of features that are not available in the Chevrolet Silverado Custom Crew Cab. Take the premium radio that is available for this F-150, for instance. This feature is not available in this trim level of the Chevy Silverado. The leather seating that comes standard in this version of the F-150 is unavailable in the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Custom Crew Cab. You can also choose an optional navigation system for your F-150 SuperCrew Cab, an option you can't get for this trim level of the Chevy Silverado. A moon/sun roof is available 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew Cab, but find one of those on your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Custom Crew Cab. Remote keyless entry in addition to a rear window defroster are a couple of features that come to you standard for this F-150 but would cost you more in the Silverado.
